2. Right to delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Delete Account
- By email: info@solivana.com with subject "Delete my account"
We will confirm deletion within 45 days. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention).
3. Right to opt out of sale or sharing
SoliVana does not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Anthropic for AI report generation) solely to operate the platform. We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Right to non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
5. Right to correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. Update your profile in-app (Settings) or email us at info@solivana.com.
6. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. SoliVana does not disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing.

We will verify your identity before processing sensitive requests. You may designate an authorized agent, but we may require signed permission and direct verification.
