These Terms govern your use of SoliVana OS — the wellness platform, web app, mobile experiences, and connected services we operate at solivana.ai and related properties (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at info@solivana.com right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm other members.
3. Wellness, not medical advice
SoliVana is a wellness platform. Content, scores, recommendations, and protocols are educational and informational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new therapy, peptide, supplement, or device-driven protocol — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition.
4. Connected devices
When you authorize a third-party device or app (Oura, Apple Health, Whoop, Withings, Garmin, Ultrahuman, CGMs, etc.), you authorize SoliVana to receive and process the data those providers share. The provider's terms continue to apply to that data. You can revoke access from your dashboard at any time.
5. Memberships, points, and purchases
Some features require a paid membership or one-time purchase. Prices, plan benefits, points values, and reward catalogs may change with reasonable notice. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if your account is closed. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
6. In-person sessions
When you book and attend a session at SoliVana, you also agree to the in-house intake, safety, and cancellation policies posted at the spa. These Terms govern the digital Service; the spa policies govern the physical session.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or harm anyone.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
- Misrepresent yourself, impersonate others, or share another member's account.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (progress photos, journal entries, etc.). You grant SoliVana a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you. We never publish your content publicly without your explicit permission.
9. Intellectual property
SoliVana, the SoliVana wordmark, the Reset Journey, and the platform's content, design, and software are owned by SoliVana and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoliVana's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing info@solivana.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We'll update the effective date at the top when we change these Terms. For material changes, we'll email account holders. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
